FOR TUBE FEEDING
Follow physician's / dietitian's directions. When starting tube feeding, the flow rate, volume, and dilution are dependent on patient's condition and tolerance. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of this product during preparation and administration.
INTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For a standard serving of 230ml, pour 185ml of water into a glass. Gradually add 6 scoops (enclosed) or 53.8g of Ensure powder while stirring and mix until dissolved.
STORAGE
Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours.
